Visitation Restrictions Currently in Place

Due to the widespread of COVID-19, visitation restrictions are currently in place in all Fujita Health University Hospital health care facilities to prevent hospital-acquired infection.

However, when necessary for treatment, some exceptions may be allowed by doctor’s permission.

Please refrain from eating, drinking, or talking with patients with no mask on in the lounge areas (DOUTOR Coffee, FamilyMart, and other areas), even if you are allowed to visit a patient by a doctor.

Exceptions for Approved Visitors.

  • When received an emergency call from a doctor
  • When invited to join discussions about patient’s medical conditions and treatment
  • When requested and approved by a doctor

All visitors must be healthy for the last 14 days and have not been in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19.

All visitors must wear a mask, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when visiting a patient.
The visitation restrictions remain valid until further notice.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation with these health and safety measures.
