On Visits by Family and Friends

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we are restricting all visits to patients starting from Monday, March 9, to prevent infection within the hospital.
We will inform you when visitation restrictions are lifted at a later date.
However, visits may be allowed in exceptional cases when deemed necessary for treatment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Visiting Hours

General Wards

Weekdays (including Saturdays) From 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays and Public Holidays From 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Precautions Regarding Visits

On Visits to General Wards

  • Please observe visiting hours.
  • When visiting, please register at the reception / staff station.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer before entering the hospital room, to prevent infections within the hospital.
  • Please refrain from visiting in large numbers, as it will disturb the patient's rest.
  • Visitors are strictly prohibited from eating, drinking and staying overnight in the hospital room.
  • Please refrain from visiting with children as much as possible, to prevent infections within the hospital.
  • Please consult the nurse regarding any visits on the day of the patient’s operation.
  • Please follow the instructions of the doctor or nurse when visiting the intensive care unit.
  • Some wards do not allow fresh flowers to be brought in to prevent infections.

On Bringing in Fresh Flowers

Some wards do not allow fresh flowers to be brought in. Please ask the ward nurse for details.

On Visits to the Emergency and Acute Intensive Care Center

  • Please consider the patient’s need for rest first and foremost, and keep the visit short.
  • Only family members are allowed to visit, considering the nature of the treatment.
  • Children and toddlers are not allowed to visit.
  • Fresh flowers are not allowed.
