- Patients who are being seen at our hospital for the first time
- Patients who have not been seen at our hospital for some time, and are being seen in a different clinical department for the first time
- Patients who have not been seen at our hospital for 3 months or more (except patients who have made appointments in advance)
Elective Medical Care Fee for a Follow-Up Visit
3,300 yen (including tax)

You don't have to pay for the elective medical care fee. If you:

- Patients who wish to be seen at our hospital despite our recommendation of other medical institutions or clinics accompanied by offers of letters of referral
You don't have to pay for the elective medical care fee. If you:
- Have a letter of referral from another medical institution;
- You are recipient of Public Assistance or Public Medical Subsidy Programs
- Are taken to the hospital by ambulance and require emergency medical attention
Out-of-Hours Consultation Fee
5,500 yen (tax included)
(If you are a first-time visitor without a referral letter, an additional Initial Consultation Fee of 7,700 yen (tax included) will be charged.)

The fee does not apply in the following cases:
- You present a referral letter from another medical settings.
- You arrived by ambulance.
- You are recipient of Public Assistance or Public Medical Subsidy Programs
- Your visit is due to a work-related or public duty-related injury.
- You are admitted directly after an emergency visit.
- You return for a second visit on the same day due to worsening conditions.
- You were instructed by your physician to return for injection or a specific procedure.
Health Insurance Cards and Various Types of Medical Certificates
A health insurance card is a certificate that shows that you have health insurance.
- At our hospital, we will check your health insurance card and medical certificate at the time of your first visit and once a month thereafter.
- Please present your health insurance card and medical certificate to the Reception Desk for Patient(s) with Referral [No. 30] or the Outpatient Desk [No. 31] before your medical consultation.
- If we cannot confirm the validity of your health insurance card, you may be required to pay the full amount at your own expense.
- In case you are being seen because of a traffic accident or a work-related injury, automobile liability insurance or occupational injury insurance may apply. Please consult the Reception Desk for Patient(s) with Referral [No. 30] or the Outpatient Desk [No. 31] before your medical consultation.
Payment for Outpatient Visits
- We accept cash or various credit and debit cards for payment for outpatient visits.
For more information, please ask at the Outpatient Cashier. - If you wish to be examined for another illness during your hospital stay, please consult your doctor or nursing staff.
- If you receive dental treatment during your hospital stay for an illness not related to dentistry, the cost of dental treatment will be considered outpatient treatment. Please pay accordingly at the Outpatient Cashier.
Also, if you receive medical treatment for an illness not related to dentistry while staying in the hospital for a dental procedure, this will be considered outpatient treatment. Please pay accordingly at the Outpatient Cashier.
